  • Before the service begins, we have a conversation about your goals, expectations, challenges, and budget. You are then presented with different packages that will meet your needs. While fixed, there are specific conditions that allow for change orders should your situation change. Note that value pricing does not apply to Social Security/Supplemental Security Income cases which are handled on a contingency fee basis.

  • Assistance with all paperwork for Motion/Response for Temporary/Immediate/Emergency Orders and court appearance.

  • Assistance with all paperwork and court appearance to finalize an agreed minor guardianship case.

Package Examples

  • Counsel and advice regarding your rights.

  • Brief service including writing demand letters and negotiation.

Bankruptcy

Package Examples

Representation from start to finish with Chapter 7 bankruptcy for individuals. Clients must also pay the filing fee (currently $338) plus the cost to pull a credit report (varies between $35-75).

ADULT GUARDIANSHIP

Package Examples

  • Completion of initial paperwork including Petition, Order Appointing Court Visitor, and Notice of Petition/Hearing. Client files and serves on their own.

  • Completion of initial paperwork as well as paperwork required to appoint an immediate emergency guardian. Client files and serves on their own.

  • Full representation on guardianship matter or assistance with a less restriction options such as supportive decision making, conservatorship, protective arrangements, health care directives, or durable power of attorney.
